No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Carrying out cleaning schedules with your team, including dusting, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.Overseeing your team's cleaning of all areas, including residents' rooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, and offices.Building trust and promoting choice, dignity, and independence.You'll put our people at the heart of everything you do – whether that's hoovering our residents' bedrooms or polishing their photo frames.
