We believe that our dedicated and passionate staff are a significant driving force behind the achievement of these standards, and we need more like-minded people to help us continue providing for our community.About YouAlongside your clinical experience, our ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator with a background in the public sector.Some Of The Skills We Are Looking For AreSignificant clinical experience: you must be a registered health professional with a current APCSolid experience in Project Management, a relevant qualification would be desirableExcellent communication skills with the ability to successfully engage with a range of stakeholder groupsThe ability to review complex documents to pull out relevant information and potential risksThe ability to effectively operate in an often-ambiguous environmentConfidence to build successful working relationships with those around you, the ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team environmentConfidence with Te Ao Maori, tikanga, and Te Reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growthKnowledge of the healthcare system and hospital infrastructure would be extremely beneficial.Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
