Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Manage relationships with software vendors and maintain service level agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data services with the organization's business objectives. Facilitate resource allocation and manage team priorities in partnership with key stakeholders.Skills and experience we are looking for:Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a technical teamProven leadership experience as a people managerStrong knowledge of database systems, data platforms, and data integration frameworksFamiliarity with business intelligence, reporting tools, and data visualization platformsExperience in influencing and motivating stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to engage in technical discussions with technical staffAbility to manage multiple Agile cross-functional teams simultaneouslyExperience in maintaining and implementing data governance frameworksA strategic mindset that aligns with the organization's IT and digital strategiesProven ability to lead and coach a team, fostering an environment that drives high performance and outstanding service delivery This role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of data management and governance.
