Calling all plant lovers and green thumbs  Join our dedicated team at Ambius (A Rentokil Initial Company) as a Plantscape Technician  You will play a vital role in maintaining mainly interior plants and replacing them when required at our customer locations.
This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic working environment, have a genuine commitment to providing outstanding service and take great care of the plants.  Please note that applicants must have the right to live and work permanently or long-term in New Zealand.  Location: Mount Wellington branch, servicing clients around Auckland and Auckland CBD.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.  Benefits:  Health insurance coverage for you and your family.
Mobile phone and company vehicle for work-related purposes.
Uniform and PPE equipment provided.

Key Responsibilities: Routine plant maintenance through regular watering, pruning, cleaning, pest management, plant rotation, and fertilizing.
Load and unload the service vehicle while ensuring the safe delivery of plants to customer locations.
Install and remove plants following job specifications and client policies.  Address plant health issues and client concerns to enhance work environments.
Complete service reports to document services provided.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
Stay aware of client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
Requirements: Eligible to work full-time in New Zealand.
New Zealand driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Clean criminal record.
Excellent customer service to build upon client relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.  Comfortable working on ladders and able to adhere to health and safety standards.
Able to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to drive long distances.
High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets.
Confident using a mobile phone service app and devices.
Experience in horticulture and maintenance is desirable.
Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment assessment, including medical, reference, and criminal background checks, meeting Rentokil Initial's satisfactory criteria.
