Job Overview

This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic working environment and have a genuine commitment to providing outstanding service. As a Plantscape Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining mainly interior plants and replacing them when required at our customer locations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for routine plant maintenance, including watering, pruning, cleaning, pest management, plant rotation, and fertilizing. You will also load and unload the service vehicle, install and remove plants, address plant health issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Other responsibilities include completing service reports and staying aware of client needs to identify opportunities to improve service standards.

Key Requirements

- Eligible to work full-time in New Zealand.
- New Zealand driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Clean criminal record.
- Excellent customer service to build upon client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
- Comfortable working on ladders and able to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Able to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to drive long distances.
- High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets.
- Confident using a mobile phone service app and devices.
