Senior Manager/Manager - General Administration / Marketing and BrandingAbout the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join Bank of China (New Zealand) in the role of Senior Manager/Manager- General Administration / Marketing and Branding.
In this full-time position based in Auckland CBD, you will play a key role in supporting the overall administration and marketing initiatives of the bank.What you'll be doingManage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficient processes and procedures are in place and managed effectively.Oversee the marketing and branding activities of the bank, including website management, social media, advertising, and event coordination.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of various marketing and branding campaigns.Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the bank's operational efficiency.Preparation of reports and communication to senior management and Head Office.What we're looking forMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior office management and or Brand and Marketing role preferably within the banking or financial services industry.Strong background in marketing and branding, with expertise in digital marketing and social media management.Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure.Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Proven experience in similar functions.Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Fluent in English and Mandarin.What we offerAt Bank of China (New Zealand), we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
