About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of around $130k per annum, depending on experience.

As the Care Home Manager, you will take on the crucial responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care is delivered, and building strong relationships with residents, staff, and the local community.

With a clinical background, strong people management skills, and a passion for elderly care, you will lead a diverse team, ensuring that residents receive compassionate care that promotes their well-being.
