Join DB Breweries as our Category Manager in the procurement team, where you'll align our suppliers with DB's strategic goals to drive optimal performance and deliver key business outcomes. In this role, you'll develop and execute strategic plans across supply chain and CAPEX categories, maximising value from supplier relationships.Key Accountabilities:Develop and implement purchasing strategies for supply chain, logistics, and CAPEX categories, aligning with DB's strategic goals.Engage with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs, ensuring early involvement in procurement decisions and fostering strong collaboration.Lead supplier engagement, driving innovation, cost reduction, and service improvements through effective supplier partnerships.Manage local procurement projects, supporting global initiatives, and ensuring contracts are executed and managed efficiently.Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance with HEINEKEN's standards and managing supplier performance through formal reviews.Provide commercial guidance and coaching to internal stakeholders, ensuring procurement decisions are transparent, auditable, and aligned with strategic objectives.Your background and experience:3-5 years of experience in a Procurement Category Management role, with a strong focus on Supply Chain/Logistics procurement.
