Our pursuit of excellence empowers New Zealand exporters to compete effectively in global markets.Position: Instructional Training AdministratorStatus: This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.Key Objective of Role:We are looking for a dedicated Instructional Training Administrator to help design and deliver effective instructional materials while managing training administration tasks smoothly. This role is essential for creating instructional content and ensuring efficient training processes throughout the organization.Snapshot of Key Functions and Responsibilities:Manage data in the learning management system, while ensuring accuracy and completeness.Manage inquiries and records related to training history and requirements.Design and develop engaging instructional materials that meet learning objectives, including eLearning modules and multimedia resources.Assist in planning and coordinating training and refresher courses.Assist the commercial team with invoice and purchase order queries.Attributes Required:Experience in instructional design or related field.Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Articulate 360, and video editing software.Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design models.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.Creative problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, with experience in training administration and LMS management.What we can offer you:Very competitive remunerationOpportunity to join an industry leader that is constantly expandingFree health insurance plus other great staff benefitsBecome part of a supportive team environmentWhy QUBE?Qube recognizes the value of an inclusive and diverse work environment.
