You will play a pivotal role in supporting our award-winning Country Sales Team with a range of activities including the administration for new listings, marketing activity and providing support across the sales process.
This multifaceted position offers you the opportunity to take ownership of your day and work closely with a very successful sales team and Manager.
The fast-paced nature of this role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining composure and a sense of humour.
Full-time hours working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with internal teams, including the sales team and Manager, as well as external clients by promptly responding to inquiries.
Utilise the Property Suite CRM system to manage listings and handle marketing administration for our Residential sales team.
Experience with Real Estate or an understanding of Real Estate is advantageous.
Requirements: Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.
Experience assisting with marketing collateral and social media would be advantageous.
Previous experience with CRM systems or comparable software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
