With 53 clubs nationwide, you will be joining a dynamic, member-centric, and hardworking but fun-loving teamYour working hours are:Mondays: 10am-7pmTuesdays to Thursdays: 12am-7pmSaturdays: 8am-11amYour responsibilities include but are not limited to:Driving an exceptional member experience and building key stakeholder relationships with members and local businessesDelivering the agreed number of new membership sales and member growth on a regular basis, reporting to your Regional Performance ManagerMaintaining a positive club culture with the members by engaging in key events and promotionsPerforming regular in-club operations tasks to ensure all areas are clean and hygienic, equipment and club repairs are updated and scheduled regularly.If you ...Are a NZ citizen, resident or have an open work visa without restrictions for 12 months+ AND hold a current First Aid certificate covering CPR and defib (NZQA unit standards 6400-6402),are self-motivated and self-disciplined with excellent customer service skills and sales focus,love working with people and have a positive can-do attitudewant to work 31 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with Fridays and Sundays off, and have a keen interest in the health & fitness industry,… then this role is for youWhy Jetts?At Jetts, our purpose is simple - to inspire all people to live a better life.We understand firsthand the positive impact exercise has not only on our physical health, but on our mental health and confidence too, which is why we want our gyms to be accessible to everybody.We celebrate all people and are committed to creating a community and culture in which members feel comfortable and confident to train in.
