In this sole charge role, you will join an experienced Senior Leadership Team. Your expertise will be key in setting the strategic direction for our organisation and overseeing all aspects of HR. You will be based in the birthplace of adventure, Stabicraft’s HQ in Invercargill. Surrounded by ocean views in the heart of Southland, you will cultivate a positive, engaged team.

Contribute to the development and execution of Stabicraft’s strategic direction.
Drive initiatives that boost employee engagement and foster a cohesive team.
Develop and manage recruitment processes, remuneration and performance management.
Lead and coach managers in handling disciplinary processes and employment relations.
Oversee remuneration, manage annual reviews, and advise on performance bonuses.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and foster a safe work environment.

About You

Proven experience in a similar senior HR role is essential.
Sound knowledge of HR management fundamentals and current employment legislation.
Professional integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy with data and systems.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels.
