The hotel offers 243 rooms and suites from Deluxe rooms to Presidential suites, an all Day Dining restaurant, lobby bar, meeting rooms, swimming pool, gym, and spa.Job DescriptionOversee the night operations of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for all guests.Manage and support the night staff, including front desk and security.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high standard of customer service.Conduct nightly audits, including cash handling, end-of-day reports, and preparation for the next day's operations.Take phone booking for reservations and monitor the overnight reservations email account.Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests by monitoring security systems and conducting regular patrols.Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.Uphold the hotel's standards and policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.QualificationsPrevious experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a night shift capacity.Strong command in English and Bahasa Indonesia required.Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.Proficiency in hotel management software and front office systems.Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Valid driver's license is essential.WHY WORK FOR ACCOR•Develop your talent through Accor's learning programs.•Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world•Ability to contribute to the community and make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities.
