This role helps set the tone and direction of our Rural news for programmes like Morning Report and across our website.
You will work within a small team but take responsibility for the news.
The Senior Rurals Reporter role reports into the Executive Editor in charge of Verticals.
There is shift work involved, though mostly it is Monday to Friday.
As part of the role, you will read and produce the spoken bulletins on Morning and Midday Reports, so a good broadcasting voice or at least knowledge of broadcasting is a plus.
