What’s the role
Our high-performing product team is changing the landscape for professional services businesses (mainly accounting and engineering businesses) across the world. While designing, developing and testing, you will help with establishing and maintaining disciplined engineering practices and building scalable global architectures which will form the heart of the SuiteFiles product team.


You will be applying your knowledge of advanced product development and discovery practices to ensure we create high-quality products that solve challenging problems for our customers, such as customer interviews, defining tangible outcomes, leveraging product usage metrics, refactoring, and ensuring comprehensive test automation.


This is not a role for a lone wolf – you will very much work as a team alongside other engineers, product designers, user researchers, product marketers and product managers


What skills or experience you need
You are a team player who genuinely enjoys collaborating with others, taking on feedback and finding solutions. Excellent communication skills go without saying as you’ll be presenting complex ideas in a compelling and actionable way. Advanced expertise in automated testing (unit, integration and end to end testing) is non-negotiable. As a senior in your craft, you will come armed with experience training and mentoring fellow engineers, as well as leading and influencing technical teams. Previous experience within a start-up (or at least a solid understanding of the ways they operate) will absolutely be a bonus
