Your responsibilities will include: Interacting with and providing daily support to young people Helping young people implement beneficial changes in their lives Creating, managing, and overseeing scheduled activities Promoting and fostering connections to whanau Sustaining a positive and productive work atmosphere About youYou are qualified for this role if you hold a level 4 or higher certificate in Mental Health. Some of your personal attributes may also include: Previous experience working with tamariki or in a similar support role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and compassion for survivors. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
