This role offers the chance to work closely with managers and senior leadership teams to design and implement workforce plans that align with strategic goals. The successful candidate will be involved in talent acquisition, retention, and development projects, playing a pivotal role in addressing resourcing challenges. This position is perfect for someone who is an expert on workforce-related matters, from industry trends to emerging technologies, and who excels at analyzing data to identify skills and gaps and develop solutions. What You'll Do: Work closely with managers and senior leadership teams to design and implement workforce plans that align with strategic goals Develop a comprehensive workforce strategy and annual workforce plan Identify skills gaps and develop solutions through data analysis Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to workforce planning Work on talent acquisition, retention, and development projects Serve as the organization's expert on all matters related to workforce planning What You'll Bring: Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, or related roles Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans Excellent communication and relationship management abilities Degree in industrial psychology or behavioral sciences, with statistical analysis or another related field is ideal #J-18808-Ljbffr
