As our Business and Marketing coordinator, you'll be integral to our marketing efforts, ensuring smooth operations and driving results.
If you're highly organised, results-driven, and thrive in operational roles, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join our team Key Responsibilities Coordinate marketing campaigns and activities to ensure they run smoothly and meet objectives Manage relationships with external partners to maximise collaboration opportunities Update all platforms with current content (Linked In, website, CRM) · Monitor and analyse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement · Maintain marketing calendars and budgets, ensuring all activities stay on track · Assist in the development of marketing materials and content Act as the main point of contact for external partners, fostering strong relationships · Provide regular reports on marketing performance to the business · Manage business requirements to ensure smooth operations across Client Services and Datamine  You bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, or a related field Previous experience in marketing coordination or a similar operational role, with a track record of successful project delivery Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to foster effective collaboration Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes and driving success Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving Confidence and self-assurance in executing operational tasks autonomously and efficiently High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, enabling you to navigate complex situations with empathy and diplomacy Desire to keep learning and applying that knowledge, Can do, will do attitude Datamine offers you A supportive work environment where your contributions are valued An opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team A values driven organisation The potential to grow your skills and the role An environment that will allow you to be you and to thrive A place that celebrates ours wins and is on the path of continual learning A business that believes in accountability not hierarchy Oh, and did we mention we have a chef and a café, so lunch and coffee are on us, as is parking.
