Leading a team of electricians, you will be responsible for the daily operations whilst being committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role demands a high level of organisation, multi-tasking and the ability to prioritise.A typical dayFollowing up on job status' and ensuring timely completionHandling high workloads with multiple prioritiesCommunicating with clients in a timely & professional mannerCollaborating with other divisions on project updatesLogging jobs and managing the workflowCoordinating the team for effective operationsAbout youTo be successful in this role you will have a customer centric focus with an uncompromising approach to quality service. From answering the phone to reviewing project updates, every day you thrive on creating a seamless operation with a meticulous attention to detail and process.With proven experience in fostering a positive team environment, you will be adept at engaging and leading your team to success.
