ResponsibilitiesThe role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers by the buying and selling of foreign currency. You will be responsible for:Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX dealsBuilding customer rapport and repeat businessDaily branch dutiesAdditional InformationIt is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service ExperienceYou must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales who can promote our services whilst working towards and achieving targets.
