About the Asian Institute of Digital Finance (AIDF):

The Asian Institute of Digital Finance (AIDF) is a university-level institute in the National University of Singapore (NUS), jointly founded by The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the National Research Foundation (NRF) and NUS. AIDF aspires to be a thought leader, a FinTech knowledge hub, and an experimental site for developing digital financial technologies as well as for nurturing current and future FinTech researchers and practitioners in Asia.

Job Description:

The Senior Manager / Manager will be part of a dynamic team in AIDF and plays a key role in driving all business development, branding, marketing and outreach activities for our Executive Master programme. He/she will also collaborate closely and effectively with internal teams across marketing, outreach, recruitment, admissions and programme management, as well as external vendors/partners.

The scope includes but is not limited to:

Business Development/Marketing:
  • Plan and execute all marketing activities (including digital/online), content creation and marketing, email marketing and managing social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute the overall content and social media strategy and ensure it aligns with the overall marketing objectives and managing the programme budget.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors & partners in promoting the Executive Master programme.
  • Develop event timelines, schedules, and protocols, and provide on-site coordination and support during events as needed.
Programme Management:
  • Working with junior staff in the areas of student admissions, course registrations, curriculum, student candidature and graduation matters.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in business development, local/international marketing, events and programme management preferably in the Education industry.
  • Knowledge of student-related systems will be advantageous.
  • Proven track records in strategizing, managing, executing and reporting on marketing activities, campaigns and business development works.
  • Data-driven and highly analytical with excellent project and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
