Hawksbury is seeking a Manager to lead and support our team, fostering independence and choice for residents.As the House Manager, you will:Lead and manage staff, rosters, and financesPromote independence and resident choiceLiaise with family/whanau and external providersEnsure holistic support for residentsIt is important to note that with this role you will work a mixture of shifts between 7am and 11pm Monday to Friday to enable you to provide support to all members of your team. This role requires the Manager to work alongside staff with hands-on shifts as well as varying administration hours.About YouWe need a confident leader who leads by example. You'll work closely with staff, delivering personal care and supporting residents' wellbeing. Experience in leadership is essential, and nursing experience is a bonus.In addition, this role provides:Health Insurance paid by HawksburyProfessional supervision provided by an external supervisorContinued Learning and DevelopmentBeing part of a fun, dynamic work environment with a great teamAbout HawksburyAt Hawksbury, our sole purpose is to provide quality residential support for people with learning disabilities.
