We are looking for a highly qualified Equipment Technician to join our Product Support team. You will be providing prompt technical problem resolution and be the go-to person for our technicians that need assistance with diagnostic troubleshooting. You will need to keep up to date with changes and improvements in the market and be a product expert primarily on our Hitachi and Bell products. To be successful in this role you will have: The ability to advise and assist with fault diagnosis, repairs, and planning of machine modifications. Pride in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining lasting relationships with all stakeholders. Experience reporting to the Manufacturers and Key Stakeholders. In-depth current industry knowledge. Detailed knowledge of CablePrice's product range will be advantageous. About us: CablePrice (NZ) Ltd is a subsidiary of Hitachi Construction Machinery Co.
