The Role
Primary Responsibilities: Managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting audits.Additional tasks: daily bank reconciliations, processing IRD returns, and providing administrative support.Flexibility: The role offers some flexibility around working hours and is based near the airport with free parking, but hybrid work is available.Ideal Applicant
Experience: 3+ years in a finance role, with experience in reconciliation and inventory management being a plus.Skills: Strong Excel and computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent analytical abilities. Experience using Xero and Greentree is an advantage.Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work unsupervised. Great customer relationship skills and a willingness to learn new systems.Why this role?
