You will also be super savvy with software packages, including Microsoft and Office 365, social media, and have proven ability to learn new technology such as video-streaming.You'll be managing end to end agenda and meeting arrangements for Council's Community Boards and Committees. The role includes advertising meetings, preparing and distributing meeting papers, taking minutes, and working with Council's AV Contractor to set up community venues for the evening Community Board meetings.
