As a Client Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.Support and Guidance: Provide detailed information about Summerset's products and services, ensuring clients have a thorough understanding of offerings; assist clients in navigating our systems and processes.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's database, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible.Problem Resolution: Handle client concerns by employing effective negotiation tactics and conflict resolution strategies to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and support for client needs, contributing to a cohesive team environment.Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback regarding our services and report findings to management; assist in identifying areas for improvement.Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings in order to provide informed support and recommendations to clients.Key Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education in customer service, communications, or a related field is a plus.Professional Traits: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances, working independently while also valuing teamwork and collaboration.Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills to effectively handle client concerns; excellent verbal and written communication abilities; proven ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.Technical Proficiency: Comfort with computer systems and software; familiarity with CRM platforms is an asset.Availability: Must be able to commit to a flexible part-time schedule that may include evenings and weekends as needed.Background Check: Ability to pass a background check will be required.Benefits:Relocation Allowance: Financial assistance for relocation needs if applicable.Parental Leave: Competitive parental leave policy to support work-life balance.Profit Sharing: Opportunity to participate in the company's profit-sharing program as a token of appreciation for your contributions.At Summerset Group Holdings, we embrace diversity and strive to create an inclusive culture that values and respects all perspectives.
