The Role: In this role, you will be responsible for growing and distributing philanthropic funding to projects and organisations that support disabled individuals and their whanau. You will be working closely with the Director of Philanthropy and fundraising team on Gifts in Will, implementing Individual Giving programmes and Donor Acquisition. Some of your responsibilities would include: Representing the fundraising team to wider organisations Create and manage fundraising campaigns tailored to individual giving, leveraging digital platforms and traditional channels. Manage and develop gifts and wills Collaborate with program delivery organisations to create content for supporter communications. About you: We are looking for a candidate that excels in building relationships, driving donor engagement and that is looking for a new challenge. You will have: Proven experience in fundraising, particularly in individual giving and gifts in wills Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with donors and stakeholders Experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Make a meaningful impact and contribute to initiatives that directly improve disabled people and their whanau lives in our community.
