Job Description:Summerset Wigram is looking to recruit an experienced Property Assistant to join our Property team In this role, you will assist the Property Manager with all aspects of property maintenance at our Wigram village.
What will your responsibilities be? Assisting with the overall property and gardening maintenance and presentationExternal painting maintenance programEnsuring that the look and feel of the Village meets the high standards that Summerset demandsThis is a permanent, full-time position. Qualifications:Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, enjoy working in a team and take considerable pride in the standard of their work.
Someone who is able to carry out a variety of property and gardening tasksDIY and maintenance experienceExternal painting experienceWell organised and efficientAbility to work unsupervisedValid driver's licence Additional Information:What does Summerset have to offer?
