We are on the hunt for a Customer Support superstar to join our Customer Experience Team in Mosgiel, Dunedin.
The Role Monday - Friday 40 hours per week 10pm finish.
The Customer Support Specialist will provide additional support to the existing team.
You'll do this by conducting outbound calls, as well as responding to incoming calls, emails and other messages from customers seeking support and training with Tabula's hardware and software.
This role sits within the Customer Experience team who are a great bunch of people who pride themselves in high levels of customer service.
What we are looking for: A background in customer serviceTech-savvyGreat verbal and written communication skillsOrganised with the ability to multi-taskCapable to work at a fast pace, be flexible and bring positivity to the roleExperience in Ag or Tech would be an advantage but not essential Why Tabula?
