COMDUC (Commercial Ducting & Hood Service) specialises in the cleaning and sanitising of commercial kitchen extractor systems to comply with health, fire, and insurance requirements. We provide a high-quality commercial ducting, hood & filter cleaning services across 6 branches in New Zealand.We're looking for a Branch Manager & BDM for Waikato/BOP regions, someone who can build, grow and develop diverse teams and encourage a positive work environment.The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of the depot. Duties include hiring staff and heading the onboarding and staff training process, building rapport with customers and the team, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and quality in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the Branch. This role oversees our Tauranga depot leading two extraction cleaning teams.The BDM part of the role is responsible for driving the sales (revenue) of the area to extraordinary levels in line with the strategy of the company and maintaining GM to target level. Be able to build a sustainable pipeline of new and repeat business and help to deliver rapid revenue growth in Waikato/BOP area.This is a full-time role – hours worked depend on the demands of the teams you oversee and customer needs.The key things we are looking for are:Experience in managing staff, building fun, efficient teamsSomeone who will take ownershipSoftware SavvyProfessional but approachableWork hard but have fun at the same time mentalityThe ability to work to deadlinesThe personality type to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when neededYou must have:Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.Experience in similar roles, or proven skills or qualifications to fit the positionThe ability to pass police/prison clearance (we work in both of these)Package includes Salary, vehicle, phone, laptop.If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for excellence, we invite you to apply for the Branch Manager & BDM position at Comduc.
