As a Delivery Coordinator, you'll be the vital link across One New Zealand teams, ensuring smooth and efficient support for some of our largest government customers.
Your role will involve proactive administration and coordination, helping to deliver outstanding service.
Focusing on complex network solutions and security, you'll be key in identifying, implementing, maintaining, and improving non-standard service requests that generate Statements of Work (pre-sales).
You'll also oversee their coordination and tracking to ensure seamless delivery.
Ko to mahi – what you'll do Key customer interface and co-ordination of the Non-Standard Service Request process from customer to pre-sales into delivery.
Support the administration of Salesforce for pipeline management and resource allocation, ensuring Salesforce is regularly updated based on approved SOWs and forecast.
Provide support to Account Delivery management by minuting meetings, updating packs, and driving action completion.
Support the Security Assurance processes.
Na tou rourou - what you'll bring Excellent time management and work organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in an environment with competing demands.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Competent in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
A high degree of personal resilience and demonstrated success in influencing others.
Ideally you have experience working in a pre-sales environment for a vendor of large scale business solutions.
Knowledge of ITIL Request Management Processes desirable.
Experience/understanding in Business Case or statement of work delivery processes and/or delivery (project) lifecycles.
