The right candidate will be effective in providing a high standard experience to all customers and be a true ambassador for excellent service, dealing with all requests and queries in a professional manner.

Receptionist main duties & responsibilities: Creating memorable experiences for all our customers.Directing our customers to the appropriate personnel that can offer the best assistance based on their needs. Communicate with all callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the time callers are put on hold.Banking and reconciling EFTPOS transactionsAdministrative functions specific to the motor vehicle industryEnsuring that all business tasks are complete and correct.Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications/ skills required: Successful candidates for our receptionist role will:
Have an understanding of our customer's needs to create exceptional service experiences.Demonstrate genuine dedication to the BMW & MINI brand. Highly organized to ensure that all requests are attended to without any delays.Have an immaculate personal presentation.Have excellent communication skills.Be able to work in a pressured environment, and consistently reach our high standards.Willingness to learn our process and procedures.Strong experience in computer software including MS Word, Excel & Outlook.Fluent in English. Hold a full clean NZ driver's license.Have flexibility as there may be a requirement to work the occasional Saturday Applicants will have previous experience as a receptionist and will have worked in a similar role within a luxury brand environment.
