We do this by making you (future employee) shine – when our people shine, our customers shine.To join the amazing us, you must have:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business).Strong financial background with relevant certifications with the ability to analyze project financial data and develop strategies to improve financial performance.Program or AMS related certifications (PMP, Prince2, MPI, ITIL).Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.Strong leadership and team management skills, especially in an SAP-specific context.Commercial AMS skills with a track record in developing and managing complex AMS contracts profitably.Previous experience in a similar role.Experience leading professional services delivery teams related to SAP products for growth enterprise clients.Experience developing and implementing service delivery processes and procedures related to SAP products for growth enterprise clients.A deep understanding of SAP products and their related services, as well as the competitive landscape, and how they can be applied to meet the unique needs of growth enterprise clients.Experience in the successful negotiation, management, and profitable delivery of large and complex commercial contracts.Experience in governance and compliance roles (legal, security).Experience in overseeing complex resourcing models.What's it like day-to-day?Great question Here’s a snapshot of what your day would look like at Lagom:Develop and lead the organization’s managed services strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy for Lagom and ensuring it aligns with the needs of our current and future customers' required outcomes.Develop and lead the organization’s governance and compliance strategy, including the appointment and management of relevant partners to support the function.Develop and lead the organization’s resourcing and recruitment strategy, ensuring a cost-effective resource profile across the business and establishment of an offshore resource model via either direct employment or partnership.Responsible for looking at opportunities to optimize existing products, identify and develop new products related to SAP products for AMS clients, with the goal of increasing business opportunities and relevance for our customers.Ownership of the AMS revenue target and driving pipeline development and deal execution in conjunction with sales.Leading the delivery team.Owning the governance of all forms of contracts across the organization (SOW, MSA, Teaming Agreements, etc.).Accountability for compliance, regarding meeting organizational legal and security requirements.Oversee the centralized resource management and capacity & planning across the organization.Forecasting resource needs ensuring that the organization has a stable, consistent workload, matched to the work that best meets the project’s priorities.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and ensure the practice is adapting to changing market conditions.So, what's in it for me after all that awesome work?We are big on perks and provide a range of benefits to support your work LIFE, whatever your circumstances.
