We welcome you to join us in the front row at SO/ Auckland and become a part of Accor's lifestyle brand collective Ennismore Job Description THE ROLE Responsible for the day-to-day pricing and inventory management for a portfolio of propertiesFocus on trend recognition, demand anticipation, and opportunity analysis, focusing on short, medium, and long-term strategies to meet targetsAnalyse group enquiries and quote in accordance with brand and property strategiesPro-actively maximise room revenues and RevPAR against RGI targets and comp set performanceCreate regular room revenue forecasts & annual budgets in conjunction with property GMs & DORPrepare and conduct Revenue Meetings to identify risks and opportunities and implement strategies to maximise resultsPrepare and comment on End of Month performanceSupport the GMs, Director of Revenue, and Sales & Marketing teams in the maximization of revenue for the hotelsQualifications THE PERSON 3+ years experience in a revenue roleMulti hotel experience preferred, but not essentialDemonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets.Experience utilizing multiple mediums to communicate & build relationshipsStrong analytical skillsAbility to impact and influence key stakeholders remotelyPrior knowledge with Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS advantageous but not essentialAdditional Information SO/ BENEFITS Staff meals providedDry cleaning allowanceInternational accommodation and retail discounts across varying Ennismore & Accor Hotels propertiesFamily & Friends Hotel DiscountsOpportunities for further development and worldwide career progression within Ennismore/AccorOngoing recognition and rewardsOur Commitment To Diversity & Inclusion
