Your Impact

As our Warehouse Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse. Your leadership will drive efficiency, improve processes, and foster a high-performing team culture. You'll improve efficiency by optimizing workflows and managing workloads as well as fostering a strong safety culture. By leading from the front, coaching your team, and proactively addressing challenges, you'll drive continuous improvement, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain operations.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory accuracy and ensure efficient stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage 3PL providers and liaise with our transport/logistics providers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Drive change management initiatives.
About You

As our Warehouse Manager, you'll have over 5 years' experience in warehousing and a solid background in leading teams. Prioritising workloads, driving efficiency, and ensuring smooth communication with both internal and external teams will be second nature to you. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing hands-on leadership with overseeing daily operations.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years' experience in warehousing and proven leadership experience.
  • Proficient using Excel and picking up new systems.
  • Health and safety mindset – you have a good understanding of H&S regulations & risk management.
  • Strong communication skills - you actively champion effective communication strategies.
