Deliver merchandising excellence, by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, merchandise compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.Coordinate the day to day merchandising tasks, planners, set up guides and new product initiatives.Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing and presentation.Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.About youAn individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphereYou will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Merchandise (events, promotional activities, etc.) or Operations (stock flow, inbound and outbound goods, etc.).Result-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.Our success has been based on our people who are passionate and committed to doing their best.JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.BenefitsAn awesome and supportive team.Generous team member discounts across a range of products.Team Member sales incentives.Training to help you grow and develop.12 weeks paid maternity leave.Employee Assistance Program.All applications are strictly confidential.
