About the role As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist the Airport Store Management team as a key management support role, creating, supporting, and upholding a culture of high performance and great customer experiences across the store, including: Achieving sales and profitability targets for your store through ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the team.
Leading and maintaining the agreed merchandising standards.
Contributing to financial performance through inventory management, loss prevention, and management of controllable expenses.
About you You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, having proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of computers, mobile phones, and other electronics.
Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a consolidated sales team under pressure.
