Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral (MidCentral) provides healthcare services to over 180,000 people across the Manawatū, Horowhenua and Tararua regions.

With a large hospital campus at Palmerston North, it also provides key health care and support services to neighbouring communities.

The Opportunity

We currently have permanent and temporary Staff MIT vacancies within their medical imaging department.

We are looking for energetic and motivated team members who have a passion for delivering quality patient care and value the importance of a team-based dynamic.

Various hours are available; however, all positions would be required to participate in the 24-hour shift roster.

We understand how important work-life balance is, so we will consider full-time or part-time hours.

About you

You will have:

  • NZ registration and a current annual practising certificate in Ultrasound or the ability to obtain both of these if you are located overseas.
  • High level of motivation
  • Desire to work in a quality-focused multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
