With over 130 practices nationwide, we are the heart of every New Zealand community and want to ensure we are providing the highest standard of care to our patients and ongoing support to our clinicians.Lumino Miramar are currently on the lookout for an experienced Receptionist to join the teamAs one of our receptionists, you will be the friendly face that our patients see when they enter our doors and the voice they hear when they call our practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings for our clinicians, processing payments, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties.This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Therefore, we require an experienced receptionist, ideally with experience working within the healthcare industry.The hours for the role are below:Monday: 8:30am - 7:00pmTuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pmThursday: 7:30am - 5:00pmFriday: 9:00am - 5:00pmResponsibilitiesGreet patients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.Respond to patient emails and queries.Process payments and book appointments.Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.Minimum RequirementsPrevious receptionist experience is a must, ideally within the medical industry.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in using computer software applications.Experience with file keeping and data entry.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsA large company that offers internal mobility.Discounted Southern Cross health insurance.Discounts at a range of retailers through Boost Benefits.The LocationLumino Miramar is located in the Miramar Plaza, this is a great location, with an abundance of superb eateries and shops nearby. #J-18808-Ljbffr
