You will provide coaching advice and support to People Leaders to support the development of a positive workplace - including resolving performance issues, conflict resolution and developing good working relationships - Ensure compliance with people-related policies and procedures and legal requirements by helping People Leaders to proactively manage ER issues and risks at the lowest level of escalation.Always looking for better ways of working to share ideas and best practices with others in the People and High-Performance team to improve overall performance will always be welcomed.You will be an efficient and effective HR Professional that can provide structure, calm and unflappable resolve to their stakeholders.
