To resolve quality issues with assistance from the factory and provide solutions for technical teams. Details as follows:Product Approval/CertificationManage all product certificationsMain point of contact for regulatory agencies (NEA, PUB, Enterprise Singapore, IMDA)Keep up-to-date with the latest regulations regarding productsMaintain and monitor product certification master fileCheck with Product Manager for renewal of product certificationsCheck with regulatory agencies for required certification for new product type launchManage HS code and product code for products regulated by RoHSTechnical InquiryAnswer technical inquiries from CIC/techniciansGather customer's issues and feedback regarding the product from technicians/contractors/agentsLiaison with the factory for product solutionsRequirementsDiploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or its equivalentAt least 1 year of experience in quality controlGood management skill in quality controlStrategy reporting capability in PPTAbility to work independently and effectivelyCustomer-oriented, conscientious, presentable & a good team playerHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)A fast learner who is able to work under pressureAble to commence work with short notice will be an added advantageRemarks: Interested parties/candidates, please send an updated resume in MS Word format, including:(1) Expected salary(2) Reason(s) for leaving(3) Date of availability(We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified)Job category: Customer Service/ Call Centres Telemarketing#J-18808-Ljbffr
