The Opportunity We have an exciting full time opportunity for a passionate Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our vibrant and innovative primary care team.
No previous experience necessary, full training can be provided to the right candidate.
Join our WeCare Lincoln team, making positive contributions to our clinic, your colleagues and the health of our large enrolled patient population. Work in the beautiful township of Lincoln with the opportunity to move to our new facility being built in Rolleston - due to open in 2025.

About the role Our Health Care Assistants play a valued and integral role within our clinical support staff and the wider WeCare team. Operating as a seamless extension of our dedicated clinical, customer care and administrative teams, you will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities.
Your daily tasks will range from providing valuable support to our clinicians including completing blood tests, ECG's and observations, undertaking some healthcare administration, reception cover, processing and sterilising instruments, stock ordering and management, daily clinic set up, weekly clinic and equipment checking and maintaining a pristine clinic environment.
