We work closely with stakeholders across Police to ensure advice meets the goals of the government of the day, while also reflecting the needs and insights of our frontline. The breadth of policing activity means we also work with colleague agencies from across a diverse range of sectors, from the health and social sectors, to the transport and justice sectors.We are looking for an experienced Policy leader, with a proven track record of leading and managing policy teams. As the Manager of the National Security and Cyber Policy Team, you will be responsible for taking a system-level approach that contributes to a well-functioning national security system. You will ensure that policy resources are deployed in a transparent and flexible way to meet changing demands of the Policy Group work programme. We are looking for someone who can work effectively and collaboratively across a complex stakeholder environment.As a member of the Policy Leadership Team, you will be an active contributor to supporting the success of the wider Policy Group.
