Well supported by our Store Manager and Brand Director, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store and will always be looking forward to what we can accomplish next - every day is an awesome adventure at Sweaty BettyWhat You'll Be DoingEnergise, influence and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and performanceBe the product expert and knowledgeable trainer; educate your team and advise customersReview KPIs and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and introduce strategies to help exceed store targetsIdentify innovative and creative methods to consistently go above and beyond when it comes to boosting customer loyaltyDrive the SB brand in your store community by building relationships and seeking new marketing techniques and inventive ways to drive traffic and increase salesTake ownership over stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIsConsistently ensure policies, operational standards and procedures are communicated, understood & implementedPartner with the wider business to ensure prompt placement of stock and take responsibility for the smooth running of your store overallTo be successful you will have:Previous retail experience, ideally in a management role, and be at your best in a fast-paced and client-focused retail environmentExceptional customer service and team management skillsProficient in POS systemsInterest in and awareness of market trends in the retail industryAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at onceAn operational mindsetWhat's in it for you?Aside from leading the introduction of this incredible brand to NZ's retail landscape, there will be a generous seasonal product allowance, instore discounts, excellent development opportunities within the company, and some flexibility in your days per week - with only one weekend day required.If this sounds like the perfect role for you, APPLY NOW.
