Here at Connell Contractors we're looking for the right people who can get us the right result. We're on the hunt for someone who can provide engineering support to our site teams and clients across the Waikato region. A natural leader and good communicator, who understand how a site operates and who can make sure the teams have the right information and resources when they need it.
ABOUT THE ROLE As a Site Engineer, you'll be tasked with working on our many projects, owning the management and coordination. Working to tight timeframes, and closely with our clients, you'll be forming the foundations of your project to ensure the successful delivery of key milestones. Our sites include brownfield and greenfield electrical substations/switchyards, deep and complex drainage projects and many sites involving in-situ cast concrete and precast concrete buildings and structures.
You will have:
A Civil Engineering Degree or DiplomaNZ based work experience on civil construction sites Experience in concrete structuresStrong interpersonal skills with a focus on team unityA commitment to all aspects of Health and Safety, Quality & Environmental compliance onsiteWe are one team and we support each other.
