Look no further, our client, a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy at the forefront of innovation, invites applications for the position of Head of Stock Condition based in the awesome South East London office.
Your Responsibilities: Lead Strategic Survey Initiatives: Stock condition survey programs for prestigious large-scale schemes, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful results.
Strategically build a new department and team.
Conduct inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that showcase your attention to detail.
Write articulate reports that communicate findings effectively.
Demonstrate finesse in diary management, a key element in ensuring operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison.
Requirements: Experience working on residential buildings/social housing.
A construction-related degree and/or 5 years of experience, a testament to your commitment to excellence.
Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Top-notch organisational skills, punctuality, and excellent written and verbal communication.
A strong commitment to health and safety standards, aligning with our corporate ethos.
