Your role will be diverse and engaging, including: Accounts Receivable and Stock Management tasks Manage contracts and maintenance schedules Prepare customer invoices for approval and sending Report on maintenance profit and loss position, WIP and accruals Update and maintain customer data Work with both customers and fellow team members to get results General admin What We're Looking For: Detail-Oriented Dynamo with an eagle eye for details and a passion for accuracy Software Savvy Professional who can use and/or learn new accounting software packages, Google Suite proficiency a bonus Problem-Solving Extraordinaire who is able to tackle challenges with a positive attitude and creative thinking Effective Communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills and with a knack for building relationships A Task Juggling Guru who can independently prioritise tasks comfortably Why Group Support: Group Support is a rapidly growing group of administrative extraordinaires.
