We're a brand spanking new digital marketing agency with big plans and a solid strategy in place for growth. We spotted a gap in the market and knew we could fill it – we're a down-to-earth agency who care as much about our internal team as we do our clients. We believe in full transparency, great value, but more importantly absolutely nailing the marketing basics first for our clients. We have a group of affiliated businesses working exclusively with us – including the only liquor licensed party bus in Christchurch the Vorteke Waka With work and clients lining up, we're looking for an exceptional digital marketer to jump into this new team and be the pioneer of our Waka.
You will plan, create, manage and report on digital marketing campaigns for a range of clients. You will be a dab hand at creating and executing marketing strategies, both paid and organic, to drive and optimise campaigns through socials, email and google. You will be an exceptional communicator, comfortable in your relationship building skills and able to carry out business development to bring on new business and grow the brand. Having a positive impact will get you fizzed, and you will create monthly reports for each client/campaign activity. There is huge scope here for someone who is ready to take their digital marketing career to the next level
This is a full time, permanent role Mon – Fri based in Woolston, Christchurch. Some travel will be required throughout NZ to our client's nationwide branches and our own.
ABOUT YOU: Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar agency side, digital roleExperienced in a variety of digital platforms (Google ads, Meta suite, Linkedin, Mailchimp/Klaviyo etc) A pro at creating, scheduling, managing and reporting on engaging content across a variety of channels Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies Project management skills, able to closely manage a budget and timelines Exceptional communication skillsAbility to build and grow relationships with new and existing clientsConfident client acquisition - pitching to perfection to get clients over the lineKnowledge or experience in civil and construction would be ideal but definitely not essential BENEFITS: Excellent pay rate – salary DOEWaka/Work whipFull time, permanent roleVariety of clients and work to get stuck intoSupportive, down to earth teamShape and build your team (and the agency)Huge scope for growth and professional development It's a cliché - but you can truly make this role your own.
