Key Responsibilities
•Play a pivotal role in the firm’s strategic direction and long-term growth.
•Lead complex, high-profile projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, leveraging your network to drive business growth.
•Mentor and manage a team of engineers, planners, or surveyors, fostering a high-performance culture.
•Collaborate with the leadership team on investment decisions, financial planning, and market expansion.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing client portfolios and building a robust project pipeline.
•Engage in thought leadership activities within the industry, contributing to forums, conferences, and seminars.
Key Qualifications
•Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) , Senior Planner , or Licensed Cadastral Surveyor (LCS) with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in New Zealand.
•Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale projects.
•Strong business development skills, with an extensive network and the ability to secure new work opportunities.
•Financial and commercial acumen with experience in managing budgets and growing revenue streams.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of managing client relationships effectively.
•Desire to take ownership in the firm, with the capability to invest financially and contribute to long-term success.
