Asbestos Surveyor

Looking for a licensed Asbestos Surveyor/Assessor with qualifications in IP402 to work for one of the largest facility management company in NZ and Australia

Hamilton-based, you will be travelling across the central and upper North Island visiting schools to conduct on-site Asbestos Management and Refurbishment Surveys, your responsibilities will include:

- Asbestos Management Surveys.
- Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys.
- Asbestos Management Plans.
- Detailed scopes of works for asbestos removal projects.
- Completion of survey report and issue to client

**_What are we looking for?_**

Experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Licensed Asbestos Assessor
- IP402 Qualification - Must Have
- Working knowledge and experience of asbestos surveys with a minimum of 6 months experience
- Valid & clean New Zealand Driver's License
- Strong work ethic with high working standards, report writing skills
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken to build strong relationships with the client and your team
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Good MS Office skills - MS Word, Excel and Adobe Reader
